Founder, Cavilys
Cavilys was founded by Greg Dykes, drawing on more than 25 years of senior living leadership experience. It was created in response to the realities leaders face every day — disconnected systems, inconsistent training, mounting compliance pressure, and the time lost managing processes instead of people.

Greg’s purpose is to give community leaders clearer tools and more time to develop their teams and serve residents and families. He sees this work as a stewardship — a responsibility to care well for the people and communities entrusted to him, grounded in his faith.
