This notice describes how Cavilys handles the information you submit through the “Request a walkthrough” form on this site.
What we collect
When you request a walkthrough, we collect your name, your organization, and a work email address. We do not collect a message, and we do not add you to any marketing enrollment on this form.
How we use it
Your submission is sent to the Cavilys customer relationship system so our team can follow up to arrange a walkthrough. We use the details you provide solely to contact you about that request.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored as contact records in the connected Cavilys CRM location. A successful “Request received” confirmation appears only after the CRM endpoint accepts the request.
Your choices
You may reach the Cavilys team directly at info@cavilys.com instead of submitting the form, and you may request correction or removal of your details at any time.
This is an interim notice. It will be replaced with the owner-approved privacy policy when finalized.
